But according to the current situation of the usage of KRT, there are many land usee which did not comply with business benefits of mobility space of the Kaohsiung MRT. Therefore, it brought about this study to investigate the current situation and future development of the space after the opening of Kaohsiung MRT. We also do the fieldwork for the study area of R14 and O5/R10, and review the status of land use, and the use of units. After finishing the research of current situation, we found that there are many land use does not comply with business benefits of mobility space, hence we use scenario simulation of cellular automata to explore the development of the mobility space of Kaohsiung MRT in different scenarios. While doing this research, we imported the government’s policy, released the units which did not comply with business benefits of mobility space, and used different parameters to obtain different scenario simulation results. The result of this research shows that importing the government’s policy will make the station development positive, as for the units which did not comply with business benefits of mobility space, the government can provide the change for the land use, the zoning ordinance, and even in urban poor areas, we can also provide some urban renewal methods. In conclusion, it put a high efficiency on the activation of Kaohsiung MRT.
