Summary:碩士 === 國立高雄大學 === 化學工程及材料工程學系碩士班 === 102 === In this paper, the main direction will be divided into two parts, the first one is to study the composition changing of the host lattice , which will effect on the fluorescence emission spectrum of fluorescent material, another direction is when the fluorescent material particle size changes, it will affect their fluorescence emission spectra. As part of the changes in the host lattice, we use this fluorescent material BaCO3 (barium) and ZrO2 (zirconium oxide) in a molar ratio of 1:1, then synthetic BaZrO3 ceramics with activator,which will select Eu2O3 (europium oxide III) concentration of 0.025 mole% by Solid state reaction method,and use SrCO3 (strontium) Sr 2+ions to replace the Ba2 + ions in BaZrO3 as host lattice by the molar ratio of respectively 0.1,0.3,0.5 to formed Ba0.9Sr0.1ZrO3, Ba0.7Sr0.3ZrO3, Ba0.5Sr0.5ZrO3, BaZrO3 , and comparing different sintering temperatures, to find the best parameter for the relative fluorescence intensity. And the part of fluorescent material particle size change, we using nano wet grinder by grinding process to obtain different particle size of BaCO3 (barium) and ZrO2 (zirconium oxide) particle ,then synthesized BaZrO3: Eu0.025 fluorescent powder by solid state reaction method with different particle sizes , in order to compare the differences of their fluorescence emission spectrum efficiency .
