The product value can be increased by creating multiple forms of combination and engaging consumers in the design process. The research method starts with several geometrical three- dimensional structures that can be joined continuously, and makes modularized lighting facilities by using a single component repetitively. When comparing the Matrix lighting products (Matrix 1 to 5) and other products in the market, the outcome shows the optimal facility is Matrix-5, as it has a smaller number of components, sophisticated appearance, easy connections, flexible forms, and is easy to store. To conclude, the project has chosen Matrix-5 for production and has completed Matrix-5 modular lighting component following a production procedure. The assembled product has met expected effects.
