Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電機工程系 === 102 === A combination of Near Field Communication antenna with wireless charging coil for mobile devices is proposed, including NFC antenna design and analysis, wireless charging coil design and analysis, and induced frequency measurement. Using this structure, users can make use of the three functions of 13.56 MHz NFC system, such as reader mode, card mode, and peer-to-peer mode. In addition, it also provides wireless charging function for mobile devices. The NFC spiral-shaped antenna uses magnetic field to transmit power in short range. The capacitive matching circuit is also added to achieve the desired resonance frequency around 13.56MHz. On the other hand, the function of the wireless charging system is to use magnetic induced method to provide energy in short range. The spiral-shaped coil design proposed creates inductive impedance which is associated with the matching circuit to generate a resonance frequency around 100kHz. Moreover, the PCB coplanar design is employed to integrate our design into mobile devices. Also, the ferrite sheet between the antenna and the metal part prevents the eddy current. Simulated and measured results will be presented and analyzed.
