Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 102 === This thesis presents the design and implementation of a DSP-based digital-controlled interleaved current-fed full-bridge power factor correction converter. TMS320F28035 microcontroller is used to replace the convertional analog IC. By the sampling circuits on the controller, the input voltage, input current and output voltage are respectively sensed. Then the corresponding PWM control signals are produced. Two interleaved modules together supply the 3-kW load power. The problem of high-current stress on the switches can be solved. The input/output ripple currents can be reduced, and thus the power density increases. In this thesis, interleaved current-fed full-bridge power factor corrrection converters are implemented with an input voltage of 220 Vac, an output voltage of 450 V, and an output power of 3 kW. Experimental results verify the feasibility of the presented topology.
