Description
Summary:博士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 102 === This dissertation aims to study the cross regulation of dual-output forward converters suitable for low-power and cost-effective applications. The circuit operation and mathematical model for the resonant resetting forward converter are derived and discussed in detail. Cross regulation between two output voltages are described in terms of circuit parameters with secondary-side parasitic considerations. A new design method is proposed in this dissertation to meet the given output regulation specifications for a dual-output forward converter. A prototype circuit is implemented and tested. The experimental results are shown to verify the theoretical analysis and the proposed design method when saturated inductor and dummy load are used to improve the light-load regulation. Keywords: Dual-output forward converters, cross regulation, light-load, saturated inductor, dummy load.
