Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 電子工程系 === 102 === Owing to the output power of a solar cell varies with illumination strength and environmental temperature, the solar cell usually cannot operate at the maximum power point all the time. Therefore, a lot of energy is wasted. In order to operate the solar cell at maximum power point at anytime and to achieve optimized electricity generation efficiency, this thesis studies and implements a 5-kW DC/DC boost converter with maximum power point tracking function for high-voltage photovoltaic arrays based on a digital signal processor (DSP), TMS320F28035. The perturbation and observation method (P&;O) is adopted as the control algorithm. An multi-output auxiliary power supply is designed to provide energy for the peripheral circuits. Finally, the feasibility of the presented system is verified by the tests and the experimental results.
