When the apartment is undergoing with the approval for the process of design, development and construction, the owners of the land always make the sale as their first priority, then they tried to obtain the floor plan permit before the building permit, which cause the process of electromechanical design without careful thinking and loss its real meaning of the electromechanical design examination. During the process of development, design and construction, the owner always like to obtain the building permit in the 1st priority for marketing reason. But this way will makes the Electromechanical Design exam loss it's real meaning. Seminar by example of TaoyuanCity’s ”housing”: We were study and also interviewed exports for the issue from integrate Electromechanical Design and Architecture Design. We were trying to find out the solution for this issue. In this case, the Electromechanical Design without integrate with the Landscape Design. It's not only affects Electromechanical Design itself , but also affects the firefighting system, plumbing system, telecom system, and pipe system. It also indirect affects the Drainage System Design of level 1 and level 2. To solve this problem, we can work on 6 different ways: 1. Landscape design2.Building pipe design3. Basement light design of building 4. Electromechanical sign mark 5.Air-condition design 6. Basement Electromechanical design According to the result of this Seminar, we suggest integrate Electromechanical Design and Architecture Design by architecture first, and then integrate by construction company ( or developer ) after. By this way will limited the changing of Electromechanical Design. After that, we can apply building permit by this better version of Electromechanical Design and also go though the SEM(Structural ,Electrical and Mechanical)process.
