Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 建築系 === 102 === In power plant construction, the transportation of heavy and over-size equipment will result in significant influence on roads and bridges. The selection of the transportation route and the ways to deal with the bridges on the route or traffic obstacles are the important factors determining whether the heavy and over-size equipment can reach the power plant or not. The hoisting of heavy and over-size equipment in the power plant and the civil engineering depend on each other; besides, the order of the installation of heavy and over-size equipment, and the installation height are also very important. If the transportation and hoisting of heavy and over-size equipment begin, but there are other constructions still in progress along the transportation route or the piping, or electromechanical equipment of the power plant are still under construction, or the power plant structure is not designed to sustain the weight of heavy and over-size equipment, the transportation and hoisting of heavy and over-size equipment may induce more cost.
The research, from the view point of the contractors in the first hierarchy level, investigates the possible interface difficult points taking place during the process of the transportation and hoisting of heavy and over-size equipment of in a power plant construction according to the concept of the three-level quality management of the public construction quality management system. Afterward, the research further analyzes these problems and investigates how to improve and manage them.
The research is, based on practical cases, to summarize and manage these interfaces of each stage, from the inviting bid stage to the completion of the construction, in order to provide a solution to improve the above problems and propose suggestions and conclusions according to our experience and what we learned from the mistakes. We hope the research can effectively improve the construction quality and efficiency of the transportation and hoisting of heavy and over-size equipment during the power plant construction.
The research method is to refer to the related regulations and the investigations of power plant construction cases in recent years to analyze and summarize the execution methods about the interface handling and related steps. After we analyze and integrate these interfaces, we can management these interfaces to deeper understand the items inside the interface events to perform drawing integration and negotiation on these interfaces. In this way, we can provide the references for the transportation and hoisting of heavy and over-size equipment in power plant constructions in the future, which will reduce mistakes and conflicts, decrease the time for investigation and planning, improve the smoothness of the operation, and lower unnecessary waste and cost.
