The cosmetic effect was utilized to collect the data of cosmetic skin by measuring real cosmetic colors. In order to simulate makeup effect on digital facial images, the spectrophotometer was utilized to measure the color information of real skin colors and cosmetics. And this developed system can be easily applied to digital portrait image and reproduce skin colors accurately. The second aim of this thesis is to find the emotional relationship between skin color and illuminants. The skin color samples were evaluated under different conditions of the white LEDs and the simulated CIE daylights.
