In recent years, with its emphasis on transformational leadership vision for the enterprise, personal development , empowerment of employees and challenge traditional assumptions advocate , has now become a mainstream business community in leadership patterns (Yukl, 2002). As businesses in the community 's role is different from the past, and therefore more and more people think the organization for ethical or unethical behavior of employees should assume social responsibility;so many scholars and business owners are recognizing the organization normative system must be developed , as the guiding principle of ethical behavior of employees . This study is to explore and summarize the correlation between personality variables , transformational leadership and employee ethics cognition . Research aimed at employees in Taiwan , but in order to ensure a representative sample , the sample will cover different industry sources in Taiwan , and to provide views and opinions expressed in this study , the purpose of the study is completed .
