Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣科技大學 === 企業管理系 === 102 === In the knowledge economy age, knowledge is also called intellectual capital. For the organized resources of core competitive strength, the Ministry of Economic Affairs is in charge of the whole country's economic administrative affairs and economic construction. Since moving to Taiwan, the economic knowledge accumulated has been valuable. How to effectively manage these massive archives of information in order to explore the knowledge contained inside them and open them up for application is necessary for archive management. Knowledge management is even more crucial. The implementation of Archive Law enables management operations to start with nothing, create something and have something become complete. However, often much experience disappears as employees leave, thus the passing on and sharing of practical management experience is urgent. How to appropriately preserve this implicit knowledge and transform it into organized, explicit knowledge to use at work and thus promote organized results is an important task. Therefore, this research attempts to use concept mapping to make explicit symbols for implicit knowledge from researchers' many years of archives management and establish a model for a knowledge platform system to assist groups and individuals obtain and preserve knowledge, transmit and share it, and apply it to innovation. This research uses archives manaentgem, concept mapping and documents related to archives management as the theoretical foundation. We use concept mapping to construct an “archives management knowledge platform”. We use the knowledge platform “system display method” to conduct authentication. Through the “archives management knowledge platform learning scale” questionnaire survey, we examine archives management knowledge through the platform of interactive and internalized learning to apply to situations and benefits. Altogether, there are three contributions we can provide as references: (1) concept mapping models can be introduced to the learning of archives management, (2) we provide an integrated archives management platform to share knowledge, and (3) introducing a knowledge platform can promote and create organized results.
