According to NPES (National Printing Equipment Association) and PRIMIR (Printing Industry Market Information Research Organization) research which indicates that Flexographic plays a key growth engine in the packaging printing market of the printing graphic communications industry, as good as the fastest growing printing market in the analog printing industry. Thanks to two main factors: one is the rapid growth of the packaging and printing industry; another is the environment issues brought about by the heavy metals and chemical solvents pollution. These two main factors has made Flexography a strong growth in the past two decades in Europe and America. Taiwan flexographic printing technology development, personnel training, and market development are lacking behind a considerable gap compared to Europe and America. The flexographic printing market research and discussions are also very limited. This research will introduce the flexographic printing industry status quo, industry trends, through market data collection and analysis, combined with the industry phenomenon of observation, interviews with industry experts to collate to Flexo Concepts case study. Through the Five Forces Model, the Market Theory of 4Ps, the Market Theory of 4Cs, SIVA Model, the doctor blade suppliers are able to respond to competitive trends, develop marketing strategies and hope to benefit from the very research to develop the Greater China flexographic printing market.
