Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 圖文傳播藝術學系 === 102 === Along with the rise of smartphones and tablet computers, the instant messenger in PC and NB gradually declined, and superseded by Mobile Instant Messenger (MIM) Apps. The mode of communication has altered from simple writing to emoticons and stickers, which mean a new communication mode and behavior is gradually forming. In the past, the instant messenger became interesting and vivid by using emoticons which also offered non-linguistic clues. However, the designs of emoticons were changed from simply facial expressions to stickers with exaggeration, cartooning, and diversification. Accompanied with the transfer of text, the more complex emotions could be delivered through the emoticons. This research aims to explore the use of Mobile Instant Messenger Apps, to study the sticker culture in Apps and emotional content in stickers in interpersonal interaction by theory of emotion for the reference of study of Mobile Instant Messenger stickers in interpersonal communication mode. Emotion Perception function decline, user usually use stickers to convey emotions: Joy, Surprise. And one sticker has over one communication implication, most of user expect dynamic effects and making personal stickers and most of user choose stickers considerations: emotional perception, communication implication, and design. Use stickers to communicate is new model.
