Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣藝術大學 === 美術學系 === 102 === The aim of this thesis is to response to how animals are treated by modern society which is constructed under the human-centered viewpoint, and analyze the connection between the author's animal-related art works from 2010 to 2013 and theirs attempted thoughts. This article is established upon perception of the author's daily life. After describing the appearance of animals in current society, the author uses her creations to respond the existence of perceived animals. In addition, the author attempts to research and analyze thinking of animals and how animals present in humans' history, and via the concept of "simulation" by Jean Baudrillard (1929-2007) to discuss how animals' image shapes the sensing way of human beings. The author tries to rebuild the experience from common simulation of animals and get back what the animals really are, the concept of "whole animals"; and via her works, let people rethink the closeness and emotion towards animals.
