The competition in meat distribution industry in Taiwan is very intense. Since the proliferation of Internet, various online shopping websites have established. The battle zone of frozen and raw meat distribution has also shifted to mobile
applications and online shopping sites. Through research, this business plan goes to show the potential in starting a new type of online meat deliverer in Taiwan that focuses on
providing customers restaurant-quality meat at wholesaler price. Withholding high bargaining power, Yanssin will be able to provide the public the most convenient, freshest, and fastest meat at a competitive price that will cater to the needs of customers who tend to buy goods online and health conscious eaters. This study analyzes
and attempts to distinguish Yanssin from its competitors from their business model,competitive advantage, and other factors. This study also summarizes how value proposition can help to compete in such keen competitions in Taiwan.
