The study is based on the 3D printing of nanotechnology producing teaching aids modules, researching the impact on teaching application in leaning effectiveness. As nanotechnology has effect the industry development profoundly, our country and the advanced countries combine nanotechnology with teaching and regard it as the key of science education in practice. However, we cannot observe the microscopic structure of nano-scale materials with the naked eye or a magnifying glass. It’s necessary for us to use the auxiliary aids or models to enhance the students in easily understanding the principles and concepts of nanostructures. In this study,we adopt the 3D printing technology manufacturing nano-aids modules:specificsurface area effect and butterfly effect modules. We also demonstrate the preparation of teaching aids for nanotechnology lesson plans and teaching materials, which is applied into teaching by teachers. To explore the 3D printing module aids for teachers in teaching administration, and the students’ understanding of the concept of nanotechnology, I took semi-structured questionnaires and interviews as tools to analyze them. First, I gave the testers questionnaires and did interviews after the teaching activities. Then I performed statistical analysis. The results turn out whatever the teachers’ acceptance, attitude and usage toward the 3D teaching aids have positive feedbacks. Besides, after students seeing teachers using those 3D printing modules, their awareness and the understanding of the theorem of nanotechnology have both increased.
