In summary, this study explore intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of crowdsourcing users for innovation performance impact. And want to understand whether will be interference in innovation personality traits and intrinsic motivation. Therefore, this study used zhubajie website and 518 outsourcing website to collection membership informations. Explore the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation for innovation performance in both nations.
