Indeed, the increasing use of information markets, “crowdsourcing,” “the wisdom of crowds” concepts, social networks, collaborative software and other Web-based tools constitutes a paradigm shift in the way that companies make decisions. Call it the emerging era of “Decisions 2.0.” Nowadays more and more freelancers take the case from domestic into the world. It makes “crowdsourcing” to rise. In summary, this study explore intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation of crowdsourcing users for innovation performance impact. And want to understand whether will be interference in innovation personality traits and intrinsic motivation. Therefore, this study used zhubajie website and 518 outsourcing website to collection membership informations. Explore the intrinsic motivation and extrinsic motivation for innovation performance in both nations. The results are adjustment and application for industry. They will be available for classification of the members. Members can be classified intrinsic motivation or extrinsic motivation membership. The reference website for increased performance and operations.
