Consequently, from the BPR (Business Process Reengineering) execution of the plan requires teamwork, adjusted operating constitution, to create a competitive advantage, to achieve performance objectives; in the process of doing of business process reengineering, managers leadership style effect Process reengineering success or failure. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to investigate the business process reengineering relations, information technology application, leadership style and business performance related research literature perspective, explore the relevance and effectiveness of interaction between each other.
A survey was conducted samples were mainly medium and small enterprises, issued 240 questionnaires, 221 valid questionnaires were returned rate was 92.08%, the resulting sample data in SPSS 20.0 for statistical analysis; regression analyses were employed to test three main hypotheses. The study following show that business process reengineering the higher the degree of impact on business performance has a positive correlation. Use of information technology has the effect of adjusting the correlation effects on business process reengineering and business performance. Democratic leadership style has the effect of adjusting the related impact on the implementation of business process reengineering and business performance.
This study offers potentially invaluable input for leadership style of business process reengineering. Recommendations of the competent leadership style should show a lot of communication, participation and investment, assistance and support, set a good example of leadership style, helps to build trust and a common consensus with the staff. If the enterprises to use process reengineering management as the normal tissue, it is possible to win the fierce competition in the market, so enterprise must have a disdain for the management of peer leadership style and parallel execution !

1. The Business Process Reengineering has a significant positive correlation impact on business performance.
2. The relationship between with the use of information technology and Business Process Reengineering has a moderating effect business performance.
3. The relationship between with the leadership style and Business Process Reengineering has a moderating effect business performance.
