This study extends prior research by proposing a conceptual model that outlines the antecedents of employees’ innovation intentions and incorporates dual-mediating mechanisms. The findings, based on both qualitative data and the literature review, reveal that both empowering leadership and team-member exchange influence employees’ innovation intention through social mediating process (i.e., identification) and psychological mediating process (i.e., self-efficacy). The authors conclude by considering some managerial and research implications of the study’s findings. Tsai, Hsien-Tung 蔡顯童 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 102 zh-TW
