Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北大學 === 企業管理學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === Understanding employees’ innovation intention is important to both academics and practitioners. This study extends prior research by proposing a conceptual model that outlines the antecedents of employees’ innovation intentions and incorporates dual-mediating mechanisms. The findings, based on both qualitative data and the literature review, reveal that both empowering leadership and team-member exchange influence employees’ innovation intention through social mediating process (i.e., identification) and psychological mediating process (i.e., self-efficacy). The authors conclude by considering some managerial and research implications of the study’s findings.
