Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 數位科技設計學系(含玩具與遊戲設計碩士班) === 102 === With the increasing of open government platform and smart phones using populations, this paper implements a value-added application of mobile device by using Open Data so that value-added for the public works. In this study, Taipei YouBike is the subject, by interfacing with the Taipei City Government of open data platform, design and implement an application-UBike+. This study referenced part of dimensions from Technology Acceptance Model(TAM) base on implementing UBike+, and use the user feedback questionnaires to understand the usage of UBike+ in order to provide informations on the future of design principles of value-added applications .The results showed that " Perceived Ease of Use ", " Perceived Usefulness ", " Perceived Playfulness " and " Behavioral Intention" do affect whether users continue to use UBike +, so it’s necessary to use TAM model to the value-added application design. Taking the advantage of using Taipei City Government of open data platform to design value-added applications can benefit the usage of public works like Taipei YouBike. At the same time, people will be able to easier and more convenient to use the services provided of the Taipei City Government.
