This experiment of the study subject are 35 5th grade in Taipei city, and the experiment was composed of three parts. First, collected the subjects’ reading data of eye-tracking, then have a paper-and-pencil test of Tang Poetry, last through the semi-structured interview, we can understand the subjects’ preferences and idea. The findings are as follows:1. The order of reading digital materials can be divided into four types, which "graphic cross" is accounted for most. Different ways of reading design will influence the 5th grade students' reading order of graphic and text. 2. In different ways of guide design, the text area has more attentions than graphic area. Layout and the nature of animation, will affect the 5th grade the distribution of the reading concentration. 3. The "none guide design" reading test score with better results, but compared with the other two models are not significant differences. It display that different guides of digital reading materials, reading test scores were not significantly affected. 4. In participation experiment of 35 5th grade, the most people like is "sound and cue points guide design", which is based on the feedbacks of pilot study. Although the reading test scores does not have a significant relationship with the preferences of guide design version , but in the high group of 12 people, there has up to 7 subjects (58.3%) who most like of version is "sound and cue points guide design".
