By going through the planning, executing, examining, and discussingfor better strategies, we hope to build a kindergarten school-based curriculum structure to put this curriculum into practice.Moreover, by determining the affecting factors for this curriculum, we hope to adapt to better possible strategies. We carried out this research in action. Teachers play the role of researchers and participants while the kindergarten is the object of study.Communication and feedbacks given among teachers, observations during the activity, interviews, records, and introspection are done to collect data. We can come to the following conclusion: 1. All teachers in researched kindergarten took part in the formulation of this kindergarten school-based curriculumand the means of execution in hope to promote their professional abilities through their change of attitude and roles during the development of this curriculum. The team consisting of the teachers analyzed the resources in communities, the needs of children, the expectations of the parents and the environment of the kindergarten to draw up the structure of the curriculum. What’s more, this can help the teachers and children better understand their community environment and the quality of humanism. The abundant conversations and the exchange of experiences among teachers also strongly aided their abilityof planning the curriculum. 2. Children’s ability, parental approval, the teachers’ participation and the support of administrates are the factors that affect the development of the curriculum. Before the teachers are devising and carrying out the experiencing lessons in the community, it is a must to promote the physical capability of the children. In addition, we made use of the community resources according to the parents’ feedbacks in order to take the curriculum into action. With the help of parents and administrates, it is able to increase the teachers’ participation will and motivation for this curriculum to continue. 3. The lack of professional abilities for teachers to design children’s physical capability, the insufficient knowledge of the educational temporary summary of the education preservationactivity curriculumresults in the inability to devise a safe and suitable community experiencing activity are the setbacks during the development of the kindergarten school-based curriculum Arrangements for teachers to participate in relating training courses are needed to improve their professional abilities. In addition, based on the results and outcomes of the kindergarten school-based curriculum, adjustments are made. Also, during the devising of the curriculum, sufficient explanation and communication with parents for their understanding is significant for planning a safe and suitable community experiencing activity.
