Summary:碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to explore the relationship among elementary school principals’ story-leadership, teachers’ job involvement and school organization climate in Taoyuan County. Questionnaire survey was used in this study. The survey took in Taoyuan County elementary school teachers as population with stratified random sampling, 627 copies of questionnaire were distributed, the overall response rate was 89%, effective response rate was 82%. Data was analyzed with using the statistic methods of descriptive statistics,t-test, one way ANOVA, Pearson’s product-moment correlation and multiple stepwise regression analysis. Main conclusions made up from the research are as the following: 1. Elementary school teachers in Taoyuan county agree that principals use the story-leardership well, in which the performance is “performance behavior”. 2.There were significant differences in principals’ story-leardership in terms of age, job position, teaching grade and school size. 3. Elementary school teachers in Taoyuan county agree that the conditions of school organization climate are well, in which the performance is “teachers’ behavior”. 4. There were significant differences in school organization climate in terms of sex, academic background, job position, teaching grade, years of service and school size. 5. Elementary school teachers in Taoyuan county agree that they have good abilities of job involvement, in which the performance are “job concentration” and “ job enjoyment ”. 6. There were significant differences in teachers’ job involvement in terms of sex, age, job position and years of service.. 7.The principals’ story-leardership of elementary school in Taoyuan county will affect teachers’ job involvement. 8.The principals’ story-leardership could positively affect teachers’ job involvement through the mediated effect of school organization climate. Finally, the conclusions of this study are to make recommendations for elementary school principals, educational administration and future researchers.
