Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 教育經營與管理學系 === 102 === The aim of this study was to investigate the relevance between the expectation of self-educations and well-being of immigrant children in New Taipei City. A questionnaire survey was used to collect the data.
The 29 districts in new Taipei city of immigrant children around fifth and sixth grade students, use purpose sampling, while sample 1,442 students, 1,255 of them responded positively, only 1,014 students questionnaire were valid. Data were analysis with descriptive statistics, factor, regression and SEM. The results of this study are as follows:
1. The immigrant children have high self-education expectation and good well-being.
2. Residential area and socioeconomic status do not affect the well-being of the immigrant children.
3. The immigrant children whose father or mother are Vietnamese will get higher well-being.
4. The immigrant children live without parents get lower self-education expectations and poor relationship.
5. The immigrant children learning performance and learning interested can promote their self-education expectation , self-education expectation higher will increase well-being.
