Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺北教育大學 === 社會與區域發展學系碩士班 === 102 === Due to the impact of Global Climate Change, Taiwan has suffered more severely from typhoon, plum rains, or local extremely heavy rain than ever. In addition, Taiwan is located at the Orogenic belts of Eurasian Plate and Philippine Sea Plate, which makes the mountain slopes steep and slack. These factors could increase more possibly the frequency and intensity of landslide significantly than in the past. With the technology getting more and more developed, smartphones not only facilitate people’s daily life but also let people get instant information from internet via App on your mobile device.
This research focused on Taipei City and New Taipei City, using Eclipse development tools to develop Android system, which is mainly targeted on preventing debris flow disaster and absolutely real-time and interactive. Also, this system presents a concept of crowdsourcing, integrates and applies the public information from official, which possess Location Based Service. It’s a service that extracting the official landslide information and warning. And more importantly, users can upload the scene of accident by photos or messages to the internet community so that other users can obtain the instant messages and the distribution of the disasters from each accident spot. With the system, the disaster information will be more completed and immediate by combining official data and user’s uploaded messages.
