Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 102 === The purpose of this thesis is studied that the properties of molecular structure, crystal size and consistency under the various annealing atmosphere on the zinc oxide which are grown by sol-gel method with spin coating technique. We used Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM) to analysis the thin films. The results showed that zinc oxide thin films under the various annealing atmosphere affect the surface morphology, crystal size and consistency. We measured the ZnO photocatalystic properties to apply to water splitting dipping in DI water and 0.6M NaCl solution under the solar simulator illumination. We present a current-voltage model and extract the parameters from one which are the forward current density , the reverse current density , the equilibrium potential Veq, the forward series resistance RR and the reverse series resistance RF. The simulation results and experimental results are match to each other. Finally, the crystal size and uniformity are dominated the ZnO characteristics of photocatalytic hydrogen production from water splitting.
