| Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 102 === In the thesis, a cellular/iridium mobile tele-oximetry/video health promotion measurement platform was developed. The health promotion measurement platform consists of home side platform, remote database, cellular mobile data network, and an iridium mobile data network. Thesis technology can be used in no cellular mobile data network environments such as oceans, mountains, and deserts. A cellular/iridium mobile tele-oximetry measurement module, cellular remote video module, computer-based video recording module, and electronic bookshelf module were developed. The cellular remote video module can be employed in real time communication, and the computer-based video recording module was used to protect users and health promotion management masters. The related oximetry health knowledge was inputted into the electronic bookshelf module. In addition, we integrated a cellular/iridium mobile tele-blood pressure module, cellular/iridium mobile tele-body temperature module, cellular/iridium mobile upload and download module, and cellular/iridium mobile message comment and communication module for applications in home health promotion. The testing results indicated that the performance of the proposed cellular/iridium mobile tele-oximetry/video health promotion measurement platform was optimal.
