Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣海洋大學 === 電機工程學系 === 102 === With the fast development of economy in Taiwan, the demand for energy has increased drastically. As the result, the electric power industry in Taiwan has faced with challenges of high price in fossil fuel, supply and demand imbalance in some areas and so on. In order to mitigate those problems, Demand Response (DR) provides an advanced way of demand-controlled. Power companies design each plan for reducing load according to their cost. It solves high cost of generators working, especially in the emergency condition, congestion areas, peak time, and system needle loads.
Each participant selects a price to bid at free energy market. However, it’s a matter for participant that how to decide a correct price to bid plan. It needs an aggregator to play an intermediary role for aggregating different small users to comply with market rules. When a DR aggregator decides what kind of plan does user participate, it’s a matter that how to enable users to achieve the best overall profit. When the aggregator decides which users participate which DR project, needs an allocation tool to assist he makes decision. This thesis makes a four times bidding process and use two methods of the Nash equilibrium theory, Difference Priority Algorithm. It is according to supply and demand and number of participants and plans to differentiate four common market situation. Aggregator selects the appropriate tool to model aggregator allocation strategy. Bidding process is three times testing bidding and last award of bid. It decided that user participate what kind of DR project to achieve better profit margin after several trial bidding process.
