Therefore, the quality of con-tractor management influence directly on Taipower’s operation and management. The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between Taipower Leadership Behavior, contractors Job satisfaction, and contractors organizational commitment. Based on data collected from Taipower North branch's contractors, 252 valid re-spondents, and SEM analysis, the empirical results reveals: leadership behavior with humanization and role model positively significant affects job satisfaction; leadership behavior with remonstrate and rewards positively significant affects job satisfaction; and job satisfaction positively significant affects commitment of value and endeavour. However, leadership behavior with scornful guide, and leadership with unreasonable close confinement and put up innumerable obstacles negatively significant affects job satisfaction; job satisfaction negatively significant affects organizational commitment. Therefore, we could inference that leadership behavior has significant influence on organizational commitment and job satisfaction. With the economy recession and deficit for many years, it is quite an important issue to manage the relationship be-tween contractor and Taipower.
