Chapter II - Security Interest: This chapter is an overview of the security interest, and the description of the meaning of security interest, the types of security interest, and the characteristics of security interest.
Chapter III - Lien Rights: This chapter is divided into seven sections, mainly illustrating the meaning, nature, characteristics, acquisition, duration, effectiveness and elimination of Lien Rights.
Chapter IV - Mortgage Rights: This chapter introduces the mortgage, including the meaning, legal nature, acquisition, effectiveness of mortgage, common mortgage, and the exercise and the elimination of mortgage rights.
Chapter V - Comparison of the Lien Rights and Mortgage Rights: This chapter shows the differences of the nature of the Lien Rights and mortgage Rights, the differences of principal and subordinate rights, possession, redemption prices, allocation of risks, survival periods, and the manners of disposal when expired. We could have further realization of the exercise of the Lien Rights and mortgage Rights by the study and comparison between the above mentioned.
Chapter VI - Conclusion: This chapter synthesizes the study of each chapter mentioned above, expecting to have a complete discussion of the relevant provisions of the Lien Rights and mortgage Rights, examining whether the existing regulations to solve problems faced at the practice, seeking for operation models to reach the promotion of economic development and to match the concept of fairness and justice.
