Summary: | 碩士 === 國立臺灣師範大學 === 健康促進與衛生教育學系 === 102 === The purposes of this study were to explore the effects of partnership-based supporting system on Health-Promoting School (HPS) implementation and efficacy. This study used the secondary data analysis. Stratified systematic sampling design was employed for sampling, and interval sampling method with probability proportional to size (PPS) was used at each stratum. The schools were chosed from the nationwide junior high schools and elementary schools in 99 academic year. 621 samples provided data with the ”effectiveness evaluation questionnaire” of ”99 Academic Year Health Promoting School Consulting and Network Maintenance Program” executed by Ministry of Education. SPSS 22.0 software was used for statistical analysis.
The main results of this study were as follows:
1.Partnership relationship and levels of partnership were good. Nearly eighty percent of the schools have interaction with the central consulting committee members in Health-Promoting School program.
2.Health-Promoting School implementation and efficacy were good. The implementation and six categories in HPS ranged between about half done and most do. The efficacy and six categories in HPS ranged between half and very confident grasp。
3.The main undertaker was significantly different among partnership relationship, levels of partnership, and Health-Promoting School efficacy.
4.Funding was significantly different among partnership relationship and levels of partnership.
5.Partnership relationship was significantly positively related to Health-Promoting School implementation and efficacy.
6.Health-Promoting School implementation and efficacy were significantly different among levels of partnership.
7.Specific tasks and commitment &; involvement of partnership relationship could effectively predict Health-Promoting School implementation.
8.Specific tasks and mutual exchange of partnership relationship could effectively predict Health-Promoting School efficacy.
9.Levels of partnership could effectively predict Health-Promoting School implementation and efficacy.
According to the results, suggested that schools execute the Health-Promoting School program, the principal should be the main undertaker, schools should establish and maintain a long-term partnerships with the central consulting committee members in Health-Promoting School program to improve Health-Promoting School implementation and efficacy.
