Then assess how well it works on the case. The research outcome could be used for the school physical education curriculum design and promotion of physical activities on campus in the future. Action research was utilized to be the methodological approach to proceed with 10-week fitness plan to 43 participants (21 boys and 22 girls), who were all ninth graders whose physical education teacher was the researcher himself. Procedure: taking the test of health-related physical fitness before and after training, gathering the conversion of the body mass index (BMI), sit-ups within one minute, standing long jump, sit and reach, and 800/1600 meters running. Comparing the pre-test with the post-test in terms of dependent t-test samples, the test data could be used to check if there was any difference between them; then coupled with interviewing with students. The results were as followings: Except body composition (BMI), the rest four fitness factors of the action plan had the obvious effect on the boys and the same in the girls. Recommendation: 1. To intergrat fitness exercises into PE class; 2. To enhance detection motivation; 3. To extend break time and plan exercise between classes; 4. To regularly hold the popular sports competitions suitable for students; 5. To set up fitness promotion classes.
