But few studies had explored the relationship between human capital and professional commitment in this industry. This study investigated the relationship between them. Three dimensions of human capital are intellectual capital, social capital, and emotional capital. On the research methods, a total effective sample of 106, the cultural and creative industry practitioners in Taiwan, was collected. The results showed that intellectual capital have significant positive prediction effect to professional commitment. Furthermore, social capital significantly moderates the relationship between intellectual capital and professional commitment: The higher social capital, the stronger relationship between intellectual capital and professional commitment.
