Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 教育學系教育經營與管理碩士班 === 102 === This study aimed to investigate the current situation of the satisfaction analysis of friendly campus human rights environment in elementary schools in Tainan City and was mainly processed in the form of questionnaire. The subjects of this study were 730 fifth grade students in different elementary schools in Tainan City. The data were collected and analyzed with descriptive statistics, one-way analysis of variance and independent sample t test. The main findings of this study were as follows. First, the current situation of the Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment in Tainan City was fair. Second, the result showed that female students seemed to have higher scores than male students ofr the Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment in Tainan City. Third, the scores of satisfaction scales of Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment of different elementary school students in different districts in Tainan City showed slightly differences; schools located in Yonghua 1 District have highest scores in Tainan City. Fourth, the size of schools had significant influence on the scores of satisfaction scale of Friendly Campus Human Rights Environment; the data indicated that medium and large-sized school students tended to have higher satisfaction than medium-sized school students scores; in the「Diversity and Difference in value」Dimension, medium and large-sized school students tended to have higher satisfaction than medium-sized school students’ scores; in the 「Loved and Happy experience」 Dimension, small-sized school students tended to have higher satisfaction than large-sized school students’ scores; medium and large-sized school students tended to have higher satisfaction than medium-sized school students’ scores
