Consequently, the users are confused, and possible errors and disputes are induced. If mechanism of the cranes can be improved, the efficiency of the auction system will be enhanced. The purpose of this research is to explore how to apply improved mechanical structure in the operations of auction system to enhance its efficiency. This research also provides comparison and analysis on the improved mechanism, which is introduced into flower markets so that the auction is no longer confined in the predicaments caused by the present cranes. In addition, the improved crane does not occupy space because it is detachable and it can further replace cut-flower cranes and potted flower cranes. This research designed improved flower crane mechanism and aimed to expand the loading and to improve cranes by making use of skills of mechanic assembling. Applying the improved cranes in the origins and auction markets increases the efficiency of porterage and lowers cost at the same time. The reduction of manpower cost not only brings practical assistances to corporations and communities, but also enhances the efficiency of operation procedures in auctions to make the best use of social resources. This research found out the best mechanism model. We made it available for the users to operate the present flower crane and the newly improved one, and the process was recorded, compared and analyzed to improve its usage effectiveness.
