The Geometer’s Sketchpad is a tool to facilitate students’ and teachers’ visualization and exploration of mathematics concepts. Students tend to memorize mathematical formulae without understanding the concepts that lie behind it. This situation produce students who can calculate but don’t know how to solve the problems that involve more concepts and mathematical skills. Therefore, the researcher uses an interactive geometry software, The Geometer’s Sketchpad, in Mathematics teaching. The digital textbook is consistent with the Grade 1-9 Curriculum Guidelines revised by the Ministry of Education in 2008. The training courses were conducted with 2 students in the first year of senior high school. This study used case study approach. First, set up the teaching material including a digital textbook . The participants were equipped with GSP software. After experimental teaching, they completed the examination designed by the researcher. Finally, the interview was adopted to investigate students’ attitude and reaction toward the system. The results showed that The visual image of supplementary teaching can stimulate the students’ thinking and motivate students’ learning. They were encouraged to try other graphs also.
