It includes further analysis and summary on the employment status and job satisfaction of the massagists mentioned above as well. The tool applied in the research was “the questionnaire for the employment status and job satisfaction of the visually-impaired massagists at massage stations in Tainan City,” which is produced by the author, and the target group was the visually-impaired massagists at massage stations in Tainan City. The data of the survey was analyzed with several statistic methods such as frequency distribution, percentage, mean, standard deviation, T-test and one-way ANOVA. Based on the results, it can be concluded as followed, 1. The job satisfaction of the visually-impaired massagists at massage stations in Tainan City was prone to “high”, which means that generally they are satisfied with the whole environment. 2. The correlation of job satisfaction in set conditions from “high” to “low” were as followed, ”human connection”, “environment”, “massaging” and “payment”. 3. The degree of job satisfaction of the visually-impaired massagists at massage stations was different with individual background variables. (1) Age: The differences exist only in “human connection”. The massagists from 18-year-old to 30-year-old have relatively higher job satisfaction than other age groups. (2) Marriage: The differences exist obviously between “Massaging” and “payment”. The unmarried massagists have relatively higher job satisfaction than other marriage conditions. (3) Environment: The differences exist only in “Massaging”. The massagists working in “other environment (ex: train station, highway rest area, night market)” have relatively higher job satisfaction than those in hospital and hypermarket. Suggestions were provided for the visually-impaired, and agencies and further studies. Lin, Ching-Jen 林慶仁 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 116 zh-TW
