Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 綠色能源學科技學系碩士在職專班 === 102 === Vinylene carbonate( VC) as electrolyte additive at LiFePO4 with water based binder for 18650 was investigated. The electrochemical performance and material analysis were studied by the charge / discharge test, electrochemical impedance spectrum (EIS),scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy- dispersive X-ray analysis(EDX) . The results show that the presence of VC additive in electrolyte reduced the irreversible capacity loss and decreased gas production ,possessed better cycling efficiency at 25℃and 60℃.Impedance measure shows lower interface resistance electrode which VC-containing electrolyte. The electrode surface have exhibited a particulate morphology and formed a thinner surface film was investigated in the VC-containing electrolyte by scanning electron microscopy. This study proved that VC electrolyte additive at LiFePO4 with water based binder system is good as it proved lower resistance of interface film, and furthermore it enhanced rate discharge and cycling performance.
