The subtle interaction after another, people and the environment on campus and the community to survive , so absorbed in the bottom produce an influence, then converted via the intermediate transfer of the era , in the behavior of the system affect the timeline online members . This study selected a hundred years after the Evolution of the elementary school - as a case to the school to observe the South , through the analysis of literature , and the observation and after interviews, found that the main cause of cultural changes affecting schools there are three , namely, social change, principals' leadership style and enhance the individual 's self-awareness . Taiwan 's society, whether in teaching or school administration system and other aspects , have been calling the shots from the pre- martial law , authoritarian management , transition to post-martial law to carry out diverse , independent and imaginative . Pluralistic society after 1987 , the confusion , conflict, compared with the traditional one can be considered to reflect a fundamental , thus reflecting on the school culture and interpersonal behavior ; Modern educational reforms , followed by relaxation of the policy side into the philosophy of education , but also the impact of primary and secondary schools teacher autonomy , tend to decline gradually campus ethics and caving . Education and implementation of the Basic Law and relevant regulations amended in addition to the school teachers and teacher assessment will be given a legal basis for the Commission , and the powers and functions to enhance the participation of parents , the joint , making the school organization , school mode of operation, opportunity Finally, in the school culture , the principal is a key role , the principal 's leadership style affects the system of people and things , if the will to innovate principals , school culture have changed ; interpersonal relationships along with major reforms . This study concluded that the following three points , namely, the social changes , the impact of the transformation of school culture , and principals' leadership style , but also about the direction and atmosphere of the school culture , furthermore , to enhance their self-awareness , changing the campus ethical norms after both before 1987 , where the difference between the school culture .
