According to phenomenology research approach, the data was collected by half-structure depth interview and analyzed in a whole-parts-whole perspective. The finds were that consults of School Counselor and Social Workers Division of the Multi-Disciplinary Cooperation Experience. Because School Counselor and Social Worker’s roles and directions’ differences, cause the Multi-Disciplinary Cooperation Experiences were not frequent. But most of School Counselor and Social Workers thinked about Division of the Multi-Disciplinary Cooperation Experience were necessary. So during invstigate, School Counseling Psychologists and Social Workers supply many expects and proposes about Multi-Disciplinary Cooperations’ hardships . Data from four Counselors and four social workers who work at school were collected through semi-structured interviews. They shared their experience of cooperation with each other. The result of this study demonstrated that: (1) Limited frequency multi-disciplinary cooperation.(2) Present cooperation model based on evaluation and division.(3) School Counselor and Social Workers have their advantages.(4) Professional counselors are considered multi-disciplinary collaboration necessary.(5) Professional counselors believes multi-disciplinary collaboration has its difficulties and disputes.(6) Professional counselors believe to promote cross- disciplinary collaboration, and look forward to the school system can be changed.(7) Counselors and social workers have been looking for the cooperation and suggestions. Finally, researchers will discuss the results and reflected on the practice of School counseling. The implications of future research in interdisciplinary cooperation and counseling practice will also be presented.
