So, the gist of this study is to investigate whether the effect on learning achievements which in the way of Web-enhanced Project-Based Learning providing the interaction mechanism would advance the students to participate the discussion. The participants of the study chose 112 students in a university of science and technology. Then separated them into two groups, experimental group and control group for four weeks. The way to collect the information was to record the interaction process on the database of Web-enhanced Project-Based Learning System, and used learning process assessment and learning outcome assessment to be research tools. The result shows that providing the interaction mechanism can advance students’ participation on the Web-enhanced Project-Based Learning. Among the Web-enhanced Project-Based Learning, there is positive effect on the learning achievements and learning process.
