Firstly, attempting to start from the observation of the existing relationship between the animals and environment, and then by quoting the related theory on animal rights, to check the point of view on environmental protection from the point of view on environmental ethics. Secondly, by means of psychologically interpreting the emotional variations of the human beings when they have viewed the animals, to indirectly reflect the inspired thinking, intention and expression on the animal rights and environmental ethics, so to be chosen as the main topic of this thesis, meanwhile to practise this creative concept into the expressing techniques during the creating process, in the hope that with the topics on the relationship between the destroyed/polluted environment and the animals to develop a more innovative theme and content for the modern Chinese ink painting In the course of research, firstly start from Chapter II by the topic of “creative exploration & analysis on the relationship of animal rights ”as the beginning of the research & discussion for this theme, analyzing the modern advocating theory basis for the animal rights and the environment protection concept. Trying to imagine the psychological aspect of animal emotions for the theoretical research. Finally, sort out the modern artists who with the same view point and analyze their creations. Then, elaborate the creative concept and creative practice procedures in the Chapter III, also correspond the works partial drawings to the creative practice techniques. In Chapter IV, ‘Works Analysis’ is to divide the works into two different types: ‘Food’ &‘Habit’ and to describe the creative concept, performance style & contribution value. Then, describe the same for each individual work. Finally in Chapter V, by generalizing the creative concept and the practice statement to examine if the writer’s creative direction fits the purpose of creation, also to look into the future development on ink wash painting creation and the aesthetic experience.
