Description
Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 經營與管理學系科技管理碩士班 === 102 === This study aims to explore the relationship between a firm’s absorptive capacity and learning performance. This study chooses 66 electronics and information technology firms in Taiwan as the sample. Based on the empirical results, propose several suggestions. First, absorptive capacity has a positive effect on learning performance. Second, forced pressure has a positive effect on learning performance. Third, knowledge protection has a negative effect on learning performance. Fourth, forced pressure negatively moderates the relationship between absorptive capacity and learning performance. Finally, knowledge protection positively moderates the relationship between absorptive capacity and learning performance. Additionally, knowledge protection negatively moderates the relationship between absorptive capacity and learning efficiency.
