Summary:碩士 === 國立臺南大學 === 綠色能源科技學系碩士班 === 102 === Perovskite Phenomena. “Perovskites” is the nomenclature for any materials that adopt the same crystal structure as calcium titanate, namely, ABX3. There are hundreds of different materials that adopt this structure, with a multitude of properties, including insulating, antiferromagnetic, piezoelectric, thermoelectric, semiconducting, conducting, and, probably most famously, superconducting. In this study, we successfully prepared CH3NH3PbI3/PVP and CH3NH3PbBr3/PVP composite nanofibers using an electrospinning method. We find the optimum fiber diameter by changing the applied voltage, flow rate, and electrode distance. As the results have shown, different work distance can be controlled the CH3NH3PbI3/PVP and CH3NH3PbBr3/PVP composite nanofibers diameter in the range of 100-200 nm. CH3NH3PbI3/PVP and CH3NH3PbBr3/PVP composite nanofibers by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), X-ray diffraction (XRD) , UV/Visible absorption spectrometer (UV-Vis).
