This questionnaire-based survey analyzes 236 valid questionnaires with descriptive statistics (time, average, percentage)、t -test、ANOVA、Stepwise regression and have the conclusion listed below: 1.The result of my survey shows neutral. The special education assessment counseling takes teachers more time and gives them more workload and pressure. Among the working duties, the time consumption, workload, and pressure of Individualized Education Program (IEP) are second to none. 2. The administrative working hours vary from school to school; it depends on if the teacher has other administrative duties, if it's a tenured job, if he/she is a special education assessment staff, and how many classes a week and what kind of class he/she has to teach. 3. Workload and pressure from administrative duties also vary from school to school; it depends on if the teacher has other administrative duties, if it's a tenured job, if he/she is a special education assessment staff. Apparently tenured teachers have more workload and pressure than substitute teachers, so do special education assessment staff. 4. The result also shows that the more time a teacher spends on his/her administrative tasks, the more stressful he/she will feel. The heavier workload he/she bears, the more pressure he/she has. 5. The suggestions from teachers for the administrative tasks: it is better to simplify works; evaluation and contents of visits can be simplified or merged with general evaluation; Every school should set up different divisions for teaching and administration works; Ministry of Education should develop more efficient ways to supervise and be more supportive to special education.
