The Polytomous Partial Credit Student-Problem Chart Analysis model is an extension of Dr. Takahiro Sato’s Student-Problem Chart Analysis which adopted from Manhattan Scoring system. This model calculates the caution index for students, caution index for items, and disparity coefficient of polytomous partial credit. The subjects (sample) of this study are twenty-nine Taichung City Elementary School students. This paper analyzed students’ answers to a fractional multiplication exam in a math class. The research findings include (1) the Polytomous Partial Credit Model successfully applied to the exam and extended Dr. Takahiro Sato’s S-P Chart Analysis of Dichotomous Credit; (2) the Disparity Coefficient (D*) of this test is 0.478067981.
