The population consisted of all of the elementary schools in Taichung City. By proportionally stratified sampling, there were 735 elementary schools as the sample and mailed 602 questionnaires for the teachers to respond. There were 528 valid questionnaires. The research tool was self-designed. This study found the ways of the Elementary School community relations management in Taichung City were diversity, including the use of mail, telephone, Internet, visiting and organizing activities, etc..
