Participants consisted of 884 college students from each area of Taiwan. The instruments applied in this study included the College Students Calling Scale, Basic Needs Satisfaction in General Scale(BNSG-S), Relationships Structure Questionnaire-Chinese. The research data were analyzed through descriptive statistics, product-moment correlation analysis, Reliability test, t-tset, and structural equation modeling(SEM). The main results revealed that: 1. Among students’ parental attachment, male college students’ parental attachment-avoidance scores were significantly higher than that of female college students, and male college students’ mother attachment-avoidance scores were significantly higher than that of female college students, too. 2. Among students’ Basic Psychological Needs Satisfaction, female college students’ relatedness scores were significantly higher than that of male college students. 3. Among students’ calling, there are no difference between different genders and different work experiences. 4. The analytical results of structural equation models were as follows: There was full mediating effect of BPNS on the attachment avoidance-calling link, and full mediating effect of BPNS on the attachment anxiety-calling link. The negative influence of attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety disposition on BPNS are significant. The positive influence of BPNS disposition on calling is significant. The negative influence of attachment avoidance and attachment anxiety on calling are significant, and BPNS mediated that relationship between them. Based on the results of this study, some suggestions for parents, college students, practitioners, and researchers are recommended. Kai-Cheng Han 韓楷檉 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 124 zh-TW
